The semester, members of the Tufts University a cappella group S-Factor have been working diligently to rediscover their sound, taking a deep dive into the foundations laid before them, while adding some new infrastructure to combat the tests of time. The results will be on display at the group’s fall concert, S-Factor Under Construction. The event will also feature a special guest performance by the Ladies of Essence. S-Factor and Ladies of Essence are Tufts’ only all-male and all-female a cappella groups that specialize in music of the African Diaspora.
