Arts Collaborative Medford presents its monthly Original Poetry and Song Open Mic Night, hosted by Medford Poet Laureate Vijaya Sundaram, with guest poet Thomas DeFreitas of Arlington. His poems have appeared in Dappled Things, Ibbetson Street, Pensive, Plainsongs, and elsewhere. Thomas’s latest collection, “Walking Between the Raindrops,” was published by Kelsay Books in March. All poets, dreamers, and songwriters are invited to bring an original poem, story, or song to read or sing. ACM will provide a microphone and podium. Suggested donation is $5 to 10.
