First Baptist Church of Medford continues its spring concert season with an evening of music featuring the Meadowlark Trio, which consists of Janny Joo (violin), Timothy Paek (cello) and April Sun (piano). The Meadowlark Trio hails from America’s heartland. Formed by three best friends in 2012, the trio has since performed nationwide to great acclaim, and they were named semifinalists in the 2017 Fischoff International Chamber Music Competition.

In this concert, they will present a program that explores the ghostly and ghastly with Beethoven’s Trio Op. 70, No. 1, in D Major (“Ghost”) and Shostakovich’s Trio No. 2 in E Minor, Op. 67.

Free admission; suggested donation $10.
