Friends of the Medford Public Library concludes its annual spring book sale to benefit the library. The sale includes thousands of books in good condition and organized by category, plus DVDs and CDs, board games and jigsaw puzzles. All items were donated by generous members of the community and more are priced at $1.50 or less. There also will be a selection of better quality, new or rare books at slightly higher prices, plus some closing-day specials. And, as a special bonus, Kinsey Scales, Boston’s premier LGBTQIA+ a cappella group, will be performing a mini-concert around 2 p.m. in the second-floor cafe space.
