The City of Medford’s Condon Shell Summer Concert series continues with the Susan Cattaneo Band. Cattaneo, a Medford resident, is one of Boston’s most respected singer-songwriters. Respectful of tradition, but not bound by it, Susan blends rock, folk and blues with a healthy dose of country. Call it New England Americana with a twang. Bring a chair or blanket and a picnic, or stop by the adjacent Medford Farmers Market to grab some food. Remaining concerts in the Thursday evening series will feature the Baker Thomas Band on August 14, and Kier Byrnes and the Kettle Burners on August 28.
