The Medford Council on Aging begins a three-week series of Drum Circle sessions at the Senior Center. Celebrate rhythm in community as experienced instructors help you explore hand drumming techniques, rhythms from West Africa and beyond, games, and exercises in a fun and supportive environment. No experience necessary; loaner drums provided. Maximum of 15 participants. Sign up by calling the Senior Center at 781-396-6010.
