Tufts University senior Raga Bhagavathi is offering a one-hour English as a Second Language Class on Thursdays in April at the Medford Senior Center. Raga speaks English, Telugu (South Indian), Hindi and French. She enjoys teaching English in order to expand seniors’ communication skills.
