Haitian Heritage Month: Create Your Own Haitian Art
The City of Medford continues its series of Haitian Heritage Month events with a workshop at the Medford Family Network to Create Your Own Haitian Art (a tap tap bus) with Medford artist Sarah Beardslee of Beads by Beardslee. The City of Medford concludes its series of Haitian Heritage Month events a Haitian Flag Day Celebration at Andrews Middle School. The featured speaker will be Dr. Linda Marc, a Haitian-American social epidemiologist and public health practitioner. There also will be food, music, and children’s games/activities. The series is a collaboration between the City of Medford’s Health Department, the Medford Family Network, Medford Public Library, and DiamondTale Consulting Inc.
