Veteran blues man Roberto Morbioli returns to The Porch, joined by special guest Frankie Boy & the Blues Express, with whom he performed in February. Morbioli, a native of Verona, Italy, is well known as the frontman for the band MORBLUS, which he founded in 1991. His guitar style recalls the founding fathers of blues and jazz, from Freddy King, Albert King, B.B. King, Albert Collins, and T. Bone Walker, up to Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, George Benson, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Christian, and Kenny Burrell, while never neglecting his own personality and originality.
