Arts Collaborative Medford is offering a six-week manuscript writing workshop, Right Time to Write Your Book!, led by Kathleen Willis. You’ll learn about POV, what “creative” really means in literary nonfiction, character development, plot, writing authentic dialogue, and more tricks of the trade. You’ll have a sounding board for your idea, time to generate pages, as well as workshop a chapter or two depending on enrollment. You’ll get the inspiration you need to get writing and the instruction needed to get it right from writing instructor, Kathleen Willis MFA, MDiv, author of “The Blue Poppy and the Mustard Seed: A Memoir of Loss and Hope.” The class will meet on Monday evenings from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. from June 2 through July 7.
