Have a jacket that needs a patch? Pants that can get back in the rotation with a quick fix? Come out and learn basic mending techniques from knowledgeable sewists. All sewing materials will be provided including hand sewing and sewing machines. Bring in any items you have that need mending or practice on scrap material. We will cover how to repair ripped seams, repairing tears, patching worn areas, hemming and replacing buttons.
