Many Voices, One Song: A Social Justice Concert and Community Sing
Presented by Juventas New Music Ensemble, Many Voices, One Song is a social justice concert and community sing envisioned and curated by Juventas soprano Kelley Hollis. Part vocal performance and part participatory experience, the program blends contemporary works with beloved songs from the social justice canon.
Audiences will hear new music by living composers including Ashi Day, Rosephanye Powell, Anthony R. Green, and Timothy C. Takach, alongside familiar favorites such as Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Blowin’ in the Wind, and This Little Light of Mine. Performances by Kelley Hollis and Julia Scott Carey invite listeners not just to reflect, but to raise their own voices in song.
A cash bar will be provided by Medford Brewing Company.
Free admission. Advance registration required.
