Library Maker Fair: Drop-in Programs
The Medford Public Library presents its first Maker Fair, with multiple afternoon workshops for adults ages 18 and over with local artists demonstrating their expertise, as well as the Charlotte & William Bloomberg library building’s resources. Didn’t get a chance to register for a class? Don’t worry! The library has loads for you to do: Drop-In Sun Prints, 1-4 p.m.; Spinning Wheel Demonstration, 2:15-2:45 p.m.; Drop-In Bike Repair, 2-4 p.m.; Drop-In Lock Picking Demonstration, 1-4 p.m.; Carpentry Demonstration, 1-3 p.m.; Drop-In Mod Podge Collage, 1-4 p.m.; Drop-In Process Craft Corner, 1-4 p.m.
If that’s not enough, there also will be a cash wine/beer garden and just the coolest place to contemplate your next creative project.
