Chevalier Theatre welcomes the classic fusion band Little Feat for the second stop on their month-long Strike Up the Band Tour, celebrating the album of that name which releases on May 9. Although the band has undergone several changes in its lineup since being formed in 1969, their music remains an eclectic blend a broad span of styles and genres including rock & roll, blues, R&B, and country. Little Feat’s most popular songs include “Hate to Lose Your Lovin’, ” “Texas Twister,” “Let It Roll,” and “One Clear Moment.” “Strike Up the Band” is coming out just a year after Little Feat’s previous album, “Sam’s Place,” which was the band’s first recording since 2012.
