The Medford Historical Society & Museum presents the exhibition “Freedom Denied/Freedom Insisted Upon: Selected Documents & Life Stories from Struggles for Equality in Medford.” The program is part of the regional Freedom’s Way program called “Hidden Treasures.” The display  includes documents from the Atlantic slave trade and exhibits about women’s rights and immigrant experiences. An interactive handout about the exhibit will be provided to visitors. The exhibit will be on view from 1 to 4 p.m. every Sunday through June.
