The Medford Council on Aging welcomes historian Dee Morris for a talk on the beginnings of dance in Medford, which date as far back as 1745 when Ben Parker built a tavern that featured a dance hall on the second floor. Morris will look back at the early days of dancing at the Union Hall, Medford Assembly, Medford Opera House, Pittman Academy, boarding schools, and more.
