Cookbook Club
Tuesday, July 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
If you are going to join ONE book club, make it the Medford Public Library’s Cookbook Club! In July, we’ll be cooking from The Ikaria Way:100 Delicious Plant-Based Recipes Inspired by My Homeland, the Greek Island of Longevity by Diane Kochilas. Register for this book club online, and then ask for your copy of the month’s cookbook at the circulation desk. Read and pick one recipe to prepare and share with the group at the monthly meeting!
- Space is limited. Every person attending must register. If you want to bring someone with you, they need to be registered and bring a separate dish. You must choose a recipe to be considered registered – please submit your registration here. Recipes already claimed can be seen here.
- Dishes don’t have to be complicated or fancy – any recipe from the book is fair game! (Except alcoholic beverages, but mocktails are okay!)
- We don’t have the ability to reheat food or keep it warm, so keep this in mind when choosing recipes.
- You’re responsible for bringing serving utensils, but we’ll have plates/utensils for eating. You’re welcome to bring your own plate/utensils if you’d like to reduce single-use waste!
