Do you read the latest and greatest books about our planet, environmentalism, and climate change and then really, really, really need someone to talk with about it? The join “Planet and Pages,” the Medford Public Library’s Climate Change Book Group and read your way to a better world. Led by green entrepreneur Clare Flaherty, owner of Trove Green Provisions in Medford Hillside, the group reads both non-fiction and fiction books about climate change and explores topics such as global warming, plastic pollution, environmental inequity, and proposed solutions to combat their effects. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month. The fall titles will be announced, and books will be available at the circulation desk upon request.
