The Ruta Beggars will provide the live music for this week’s Bluegrass Brunch at The Porch Southern Fare & Juke Joint at River’s Edge. The Ruta Beggars formed at Berklee College of Music in the American Roots Program. Their high-energy licks infuse traditional bluegrass and early swing. Band members are Micah Nicol (guitar), Sofia Chiarandini (fiddle), Ariel Wyner (mandolin) and Trevin Nelson (banjo).
