The Medford Public Library is hosting a stop on Ants on a Log’s 2024 Pride Tour. Ants on a Log is the Philadelphia-based trio of elementary science teacher Anya Rose and music therapists Julie Be and Miles Crabtree. Blending their skills has enabled the group to reach beyond the usual scope of simple songs for children, tackling complex themes and embracing the full potential of a child’s ability to think and feel. Ants on a Log performs music for children and other childlike people, songfully advocating for positivity, social justice, and silliness. The Pride Month concert, for ages 4 and up,  is fun and interactive, with themes of inclusion, self-expression, community, and allyship. Register through the library’s online calendar.
