Pop Up Art School Reverse Painting Class
Pop Up Art School comes to the Medford Public Library to lead a Reverse Painting Class for adults. Register using the library's new online calendar. Pop up Art School is a mobile and virtual art lesson business out of South Weymouth founded and co-owned by Janell Scannell and Lisa Walker. Over the past decade, they have brought more than 2,000 art programs to public libraries in Massachusetts and across the country.

Join the Council on Aging for Conversational English with Janice Cole, a friendly and relaxed environment where you can practice speaking English, engage in lively discussions, and build your confidence. Tufts University Art Galleries presents the second of four player piano sessions featuring the boundary-defying work of composer Conlon Nancarrow, in conjunction with the current exhibition "Impossible Music." Nancarrow was one of the first composers to work with “auto-playing” musical instruments, particularly the player piano, because of its ability to perform scores that exceeded human ability. The Medford Council on Aging invites all seniors to celebrate love at the Medford Senior Center's Valentine Party. Enjoy a luncheon of Chinese food, desserts, live entertainment by singer Maria Guanci, and more. A special prize will be given to the longest married couple attending.
