Intro to Machine Sewing for Teens
The Medford Public Library is offering an Intro to Machine Sewing workshop for teens in middle school and high school. Learn how to use a sewing machine and make your own library tote bag. All skill levels are welcome. Registration is required through the library's new online calendar and is limited to teens who have NOT done this program before.

Medford Brewing Company invites you to this month's Folk Music Pub Sing hosted by Red Kovatch and Neight Banx. Come sing traditional folk music of (mainly) America, Canada, and The British Isles, a cappella and with gusto. Sea shanties, drinking songs, mining songs, farming songs, all sorts of songs. Good choruses and great harmony abound. Emphasis on group participation and an inclusive atmosphere. Medford Brewing holds these pub sings on the third Wednesday of every month.

The Medford Public Library offers its final Revolutionary War Era Dancing Class of the winter, led by Barbara Pugliese. In the 1770s, Patriots fought for independence and the founders laid the framework for our government. When they needed to celebrate or relax, you can bet they were dancing. The Medford Council on Aging's group for LGBTQ+ Seniors holds its first meeting of the new year. The group, facilitated by Janice Cole, was formed to make LGBTQIA+ members feel welcome and supported at the Medford Senior Center.
