Teen Fandom Craft Night
The Medford Public Library is hosting a Fandom Craft Night for teens in middle school and high school. Make friendship bracelets, bookmarks, and more to celebrate the fandoms you're a part of. The library will have items that celebrate Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Percy Jackson, Tiwlight, Olivia Rodrigo, and more. All materials will be provided. Today is the Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust's annual Spring Spruce-up, taking place in conjunction with the citywide cleanup. Key areas to spruce up around the city's historic property are along the Grove Street Wall; along the boardwalk, near Brooks pond; and along the trails. Arts Collaborative Medford presents another Sound Bath & Meditation session hosted by Hendrik Gideonse of Down By Riverside. A sound bath is a performance of sound or music that is intended to relax, to spiritually heal, and to create a meditative state. Hendrik will play gong and singing bowls for this program.
