Award-winning guitarist Chris Hersch (formerly of Girls Guns & Glory) leads this quartet of accomplished musicians. Why Try?, a five-piece alt-rock band from Boston, headlines tonight's live music at Deep Cuts, celebrating the release of "Honeymoon," their second full-length album. Described as '90s-inspired, the band strives for a varied sound, inspired by the Cranberries, the Pixies, Wolf Alice, Stone Temple Pilots, the Offspring, Foo Fighters, and Florence and the Machine.
