The Salem indie rock band Shiver comes to Deep Cuts to celebrate the May 16 release of their new album "Topsfield Fair." They'll play songs from the album as well as a few oldies. Also performing: Oldsoul, Mallcops, and Coupons (from Albany, N.Y.) Tickets are $15 through Dice.  

Boston-based guitar and mandolin player Ethan Robbins, leader of the Americana band Cold Chocolate, returns to Mrs. Murphy's Pub to conclude the week's live music.    

Great American Beer Hall welcomes back the Nate Ramos Band, consisting of lead singer and guitarist Ramos, AJ Ottino on lead guitar and backup vocals, Lilly Innella on the fiddle, and Michael Copperwhite on drums. They perform originals as well as their own versions of country classics.  

Multi-instrumentalist Sammy Wetstein returns to Mrs. Murphy's Pub for a Sunday afternoon performance. Will he bring  his fiddle, mandolin, accordion, cello, or all of the above?  

Mrs. Murphy's Pub welcomes back fingerstyle guitarist Joe Sabourin, whose repertoire spans folk, roots, jazz and Americana music.        

Mandolin master Frank Drake returns to Mrs. Murphy's Pub. Drake plays mostly Americana music, which includes jazz, Western swing, bluegrass, roots country, a smattering of rock and pop, and related varieties of traditional music.    

J Roddy Walston brings his full and trademarked "special metal" sound to Deep Cuts. Opening will be Patton Magee of The Nude Party. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 show day through Dice.
