The Medford Public Library presents its monthly Teen Creative Writing session in the Teen Section of the Charlotte & William Bloomberg Library building. Today's session will focus on flash fiction. The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly art class for seniors led by Tom Wojciechowski, a visual artist who works in a variety of media including installation, painting, photography and books. You will build skills and techniques each week and try out various processes that help you experiment and find joy in art and image making. The Ford Tavern is hosting its monthly Kids Art Brunch. For $15 per child, kids receive a brunch meal, juice, and a dessert, plus an art project led by teacher Sabrina Huether. The event is aimed toward kids age 4 to 10. There will be two seatings, at 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and at 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Register children through Eventbrite for the 10:30 a.m. session or the 1 p.m. session.
