Appetizers and Painting Night Out
Jerome Street Studios invites you to join Stephanie Todhunter and Tanya Howard for a night of eating, drinking and creating! Opening Reception: Seething Optimism
Jerome Street Studios is excited to announce the opening of "Seething Optimism," a solo show by guest artist Amantha Tsaros. Tsaros holds a BFA and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and currently lives and works in the Boston area. All are invited to the opening reception in the studios' first-floor gallery to enjoy tasty treats, fizzy drinks and fine art.

Jerome Street Studios presents a curated pop-up of local artists, featuring Amantha Tsaros. Tsaros's show, "Seething Optimism," currently is hanging in the gallery. In addition to paintings and prints by Tsaros, four local artists will also be selling small art items: Earl Howard, KT Lane, Sheila Corkery and Stephanie Todhunter. There will be risograph prints ($30), original art, pottery, and silver and gold jewelry. Jerome Street Studios is a cooperatively run studio for local artists in West Medford.

Kids’ Summer Cooking Class
Jerome Street Studios is hosting a series of summer cooking classes, led by Tanya Howard, for kids ages 9-11. The classes will run on four Thursdays beginning on July 19 with Summer Snacking. The remaining sessions will be Let’s Do Lunch on July 26, Summer Desserts on August 2, and Patio Picnic Party on August 9. Sessions take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $30 per class. Hunger Workshop: Bitters, Syrups and Aperitifs
Jerome Street Studios is offering a Hunger Workshop led by Nanc Hart, who will demonstrate how to make bitters, syrups and aperitifs from seasonal fruits and herbs.
