John Coyne leads today's Irish Session at The Ford. The month's session series concludes on May 26, with Shannon and Matt Heaton leading.    

The Abbott Street String Band takes the lead at today's Sunday Irish Session series at The Ford. Upcoming Irish sessions will be led by John Coyne on May 19, and by Matt and Shannon Heaton on May 26.      

The Ford Tavern welcomes back Irish Whispa the Band. Brien Connolly heads the group on guitar and lead vocals, backed by Kevin Shea, Rob Anderson and Michael Moriarty. Their style is influenced by the Dubliners, Wolfe Tones, Pogues, Irish Rovers, Clancy Brothers, Christy Moore, and many others.  

The Ford Tavern begins another month of Sunday afternoon Irish Sessions, led today by Medford fiddler Ellery Klein. Others sessions will be led by the Abbott Street String Band on May 12, John Coyne on May 19, and Shannon Heaton on May 26.      

The Ford Tavern concludes its Kentucky Derby Day festivities with live music by up-and-coming Nashville country singer/songwriter Blaine Bunting.
