Medford youth theater company Spotlight Productions presents the first of three performances of “Mean Girls: The Musical” at the Marsha Caron Theater at Medford High School. Enter the drama-filled hallways of North Shore High, where queen bee Regina George rules the school and new girl Cady Heron tries to fit in, only to discover her own power. Packed with hilarious wit, catchy songs, and memorable characters, “Mean Girls” delivers a rollercoaster of friendship, betrayal, and redemption. Tickets are $20 for students, $25 for adults through Eventbrite. Additional performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, and at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, also at Caron Theater. Note that this is a PG-13 show, as it contains some language, innuendos, and mature content that may not be suitable for younger children under 13.
