
Senior 55+ Sound Bath Meditation

Join the Senior Advisory Board for a Sound Bath Meditation for the 55+ community. During this session, we will participate in an introductory meditation, relax and immerse ourselves in soothing sounds to relieve stress and improve well-being.
Tables and chairs for all participants will be available, but participants are welcome (and encouraged) to bring their own pillows, yoga mats, and blankets to arrange their seat or set up on the floor for a comfortable meditation in a way that best suits them. Loose and comfortable clothing recommended, registration required.
