FreeLooking Back at Medford History Inc., in cooperation with the City of Medford, invites you to the fifth annual Sarah Bradlee Fulton Day in tribute to the American Revolutionary War heroine from Medford. The event will feature a historical walk led by Dee Morris (starting at 10 a.m. at the Salem Street Burying Ground); a reading of the poem “The Midnight Walk and Row of Sarah Fulton” by Day Farenga and City Council president Zac Bears; the performance of an original play, “Ghostly Appearances,” about Revolutionary heroes written by Laura Duggan and Day Farenga; a special appearance by President George Washington on horseback; Colonial Navy of Massachusetts fifes and drums; fiddlers; “Ye Olde Arcade” (Colonial/Revolutionary activities); and free hot chocolate. Rain location is Medford City Hall.
