Through both individual and collaborative practices, LeBlanc and Palou García explore the complexities of cultural identity, memory, and belonging. Featuring sculpture, painting, performance, and printmaking, [Hot] Tamales reflects on the artists’ Cajun, Mexican, and Nicaraguan heritage while considering the many ways home can be experienced, remembered, and reimagined.
