Films and Discussion: Women’s Lives in View

The final day of the monthlong Women Take the Reel Film Festival features a showing of “Women’s Lives In View,” short films produced by Jennifer Burton and Five Sisters Productions. A question-and-answer session with with director Jennifer Burton will follow.

This annual film festival is a collaborative effort among MIT Women’s and Gender Studies departments involved in the Consortium for Graduate Studies in Gender, Culture, Women, and Sexuality (as well as select institutions/universities aligned with its mission) that features films directed by women and about issues relating to gender, race, sexuality, class and/or feminism. Films are shown throughout March at eight local colleges and universities including Tufts.

All films are free and open to the public.
