Brew Your Own Kombucha Workshop
Charlotte & William Bloomberg Medford Public Library 111 High Street, Medford, MAJoin Kelly O'Connell, who runs Medford Public Library's Cookbook Club, to learn the art of brewing kombucha. She will demonstrate how to make your first batch of tea, how to work with and maintain a SCOBY, and then participants will have hands-on experience with the final steps of tasting, flavoring, and bottling.
