Outer World, the duo of Kenneth Close and Tracy Wilson from Richmond, Virginia, headline tonight's live music at Deep Cuts, touring in support of their new psychedelic garage-pop album "Who Does Love Music?" Also performing will be Boston's Kathy Snax (electropop) and Massachusetts rockers Hands and Knees. Doors open at 7 p.m. with music at 8. Tickets are $15 through Dice.

The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly Ballroom and Latin Dancing Class at the Medford Senior Center. In this fun and high-energy class, you will have a great workout, meet new friends, and learn some of the most popular Latin American dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Rumba, Cha-cha, etc. No partner and no experience necessary. Mystic Project Family Photo Sessions

The Mystic Project is partnering with Shoott for a family mini-photo at the Condon Shell. Thirty-minute sessions (no sitting fee) may be reserved between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Participants will receive a gallery of 40-plus photos in three to five business days.
