Paint the Ice at LoConte Rink
The Medford Recreation Department invites you to bring the family and your creativity to LoConte Rink for Paint the Ice! Families will receive a box of paint to paint the ice with any artwork desired. Be sure to take pictures of your artwork. At the end of the event, the Zamboni will be remove the paint. For ages 3 and up. No skating experience is necessary. Cost is $5 per person. Register through the Medford Recreation website.

As April is Autism Awareness Month, The Ford Tavern is holding a kid-friendly Silent Disco Brunch to provide a space for kids to sing and dance without having the distractions of their surroundings. Middle School Chameleon, the Medford Public Library’s drop-in group for LGBTQIAP+ youth and allies in grades 6 to 8, meets in Bonsignore Hall. Today's topic is Youth Pride prep. The Medford Senior Center presents its weekly Arm Chair Travel Experience. Tufts University occupational therapy students lead the program through virtual reality (VR), an immersive experience that allows you to watch a video while simultaneously feeling as if you are in that environment.
