The Abbott Street String Band joins the rotation of The Ford Tavern's Sunday afternoon Irish Sessions. This group of local old time players features acoustic instruments such as banjos, fiddles, and guitars; they groove on the melodies of traditional fiddle tunes, dances, and reels. Remaining sessions this month will be led by John Coyne on April 21, and Shannon Heaton on April 28.

Eclectic punk ska titans Sonic Boom Six from Manchester in the United Kingdom stop at Deep Cuts on their U.S. tour supporting their newest album, "RE:Generation."
