Tufts Fall Dance Concert
The Tufts University Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies presents the third and Fall Dance Concert this weekend, featuring a combination of new compositions, reconstructions, faculty, guest artists and students. Graduating dance minors Erika Chen, Tharina Messeroux and Elsa Rohm share choreographic capstone projects that examine family heritage and the ties that bind us together. The Korean Dance Association at Tufts University invites you to its inaugural Northeast K-Pop Dance Showcase (NeKS), featuring nine collegiate dance groups from around the Northeast that specialize in K-Pop and other Asian dance performing covers of of iconic K-Pop songs. Two groups, KoDA and Boston University’s miXx, will perform live on the Cohen Auditorium stage. Music and Movement: Gone By Noon
The Choreographers’ and Composers’ Workshop presents another Music and Movement collaborative dance/music event, "Gone By Noon" -- a touch of Tango, with some counting, toys and strings.
