The Medford Public Library invites teens in middle school and high school to unleash their creativity and duck-orate a rubber duck based on their  favorite fandom or own original character in the library’s first ever Rubber Duck Cosplay Contest! After the program, participants’ creations will be on display in the Teen Section so all teens can vote for their faves.
