Mystic Musical Fence Ribbon Cutting
In 1980, the artist Paul Matisse installed Musical Fence, an interactive sound sculpture, on the city streets of Cambridge. The tuned aluminum chimes of the Musical Fence invited passersby to ring them as they walked along, or to stop, stand, and take a moment to play them more deliberately. Watershed Wonders: Beginner Watercolor Workshop
The Mystic River Watershed Association invites you to a Beginner Watercolor Workshop, led by watershed field scientist Jennifer Delgado, at Torbert Macdonald Park. The event will start with a walk around the park to gather inspiration, and then Jennifer will lead a workshop in mixing colors, sketching out what you want to paint, and applying the watercolor.
