Jeri Lynne Johnson presents a roundtable discussion on the Orchestrating Leadership program, an initiative and after-school workshop to help middle and high-school students master executive functioning skills through music conducting. Johnson is conductor and founder of Philadelphia’s Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra, the first orchestra in the nation led by an African-American woman, and founder of the Orchestrating Leadership program.
