Missouri Executive Order 44 is a bike-helmet wearing hardcore band from Independence, Missouri. Currently rooted in East Side Kansas CIty, MEO44 plays an abrasive, no frills style of sassy, grindy hardcore. Both menacing and groovy. It bridges the gap between chaos and control in a sweaty, dancy, transcendental live set that barely breaks the twenty minute mark.
