DESCRIPTION:Join us for a toddler yoga class with local yoga instruction Selena Natale of the GreenHouse Children’s Yoga. This playful class invites little ones and their caregivers to explore yoga together through movement\, music\, games\, and imagination. Each session features fun props and creative themes that encourage balance\, strength\, and flexibility. Toddler & Me supports body awareness\, confidence\, and a joyful foundation for lifelong mindfulness and movement. \nIn order to ensure a calm and enjoyable experience for all\, space is limited and registration is required. \nYoga mats will be provided. \nQuestions? Email Sam D. at sdonahue@minlib.net. \nWe want to do our best to provide your child with the best accommodations possible to make their experience at Toddler Yoga both fun and rewarding. Any additional information you can provide to help us support your child would be very helpful. \nAttendance Policy \nPlease note\, when someone does not show up for a program they are registered for\, they are taking away an opportunity for another member of the community. Patrons who are registered for an event they cannot attend are asked to cancel their registration at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for programs two (2) times without notice will be grounds for being waitlisted for 90 days. Patrons who arrive 10 minutes or more after the program start time will be considered no-shows. They may be denied access after that time\, and their spot may be given away to people on the waiting list.

This class is designed for caregivers and babies 3 months and older who have NOT begun walking. This class offers a gentle\, nurturing experience for babies and their caregivers. Each session begins with baby yoga\, featuring soft movements for little ones alongside mindful stretching and breathwork for caregivers. We’ll sing songs\, play with engaging props\, and explore gentle movement together. After yoga\, enjoy open playtime — a chance for babies to explore and for caregivers to connect in a relaxed\, supportive space. \nYoga mats will be provided. \nTo help ensure a calm and connected experience\, space is limited and registration is required. Please only register the adult who will be attending; baby is included in your registration. \nQuestions?
