DESCRIPTION:Join local yoga instructor Selena Natale of the GreenHouse Children’s Yoga for a Baby & Me Yoga class. This class is designed for caregivers and babies 3 months and older who have NOT begun walking. This class offers a gentle\, nurturing experience for babies and their caregivers. Each session begins with baby yoga\, featuring soft movements for little ones alongside mindful stretching and breathwork for caregivers. We’ll sing songs\, play with engaging props\, and explore gentle movement together. After yoga\, enjoy open playtime — a chance for babies to explore and for caregivers to connect in a relaxed\, supportive space. \nYoga mats will be provided. \nTo help ensure a calm and connected experience\, space is limited and registration is required. Please only register the adult who will be attending; baby is included in your registration. \nQuestions?
