DESCRIPTION:Let’s Move! is a free six-week outdoor dance series hosted by The Click and the Medford Family Network. Held at Harris Park\, the program encourages families to get moving through creative dance\, music\, and play in a fun\, welcoming environment. \nSessions take place Thursdays from July 9 through August 13\, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The program is recommended for families with children ages 3 to 8\, though all ages and abilities are welcome. No dance experience is necessary\, and participants are invited to attend one\, several\, or all of the free sessions.

We’ll provide a microphone and podium.\n—\nGuest Poets: \nElizabeth Gordon McKim is a poet and performance artist with roots in the oral tradition. Known for five books of poetry\, she has been published in various magazines\, including Poetry and Ploughshares. She is co-author\, with Judith Steinberg of Beyond Words: Writing Poems with Children. She has taught at Lesley College (now University)\, and at several schools\, weaving interdisciplinary arts into school curricula. She is known as The Jazz Poet of Lynn\, where she resides. Her latest book is Freedom and Confinement: An Interview with Etheridge Knight\n\n\nMckendy Fils-Aimé is a New England-based Haitian American poet\, organizer\, and teaching artist. He is the author of sipèstisyon (YesYes Books\, 2026) and\nhas received fellowships from Callaloo\, Cave Canem\, The Watering Hole\, CantoMundo\, and Periplus.
