DESCRIPTION:This story hour at the Medford Public Library is for children between the ages of 3-7. We will explore new concepts with books and songs. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join in! Story Time ends with a short craft or activity. \nDuring Family Story Time\, grown-ups are expected to remain in the room and keep an eye on the child(ren) they’re accompanying and are encouraged to engage fully in singing and movement activities. During the craft period\, grown-ups should plan to assist their kid(s) as needed. Family Story Time can sometimes be crowded and loud; depending on the craft\, it can also get a little messy. \nNo registration required.

We’ll be reflecting on the spring via art journaling\, painting & group conversation. NO journaling experience or artistic skills required. Everyone is welcome! \n📍We’ll be on the 2nd floor of the ACM building\, which can be accessed via enclosed chair lift. \n✂️ We’ll provide all the art supplies. Just bring your journal! \n🪴 Everyone will get their own lil plant to take home! After we journal\, we’ll paint the flower pots. \nWe kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by 5/23 to give us enough time to buy all the materials. If something comes up\, please reach out ideally at least 48 hours ahead of the meetup. Reach out to Vicki or Sumi with any questions. We can’t wait to make some art together!
