DESCRIPTION:Join local yoga instructor Selena Natale of the GreenHouse Children’s Yoga for a Baby & Me Yoga class. This class is designed for caregivers and babies 3 months and older who have NOT begun walking. This class offers a gentle\, nurturing experience for babies and their caregivers. Each session begins with baby yoga\, featuring soft movements for little ones alongside mindful stretching and breathwork for caregivers. We’ll sing songs\, play with engaging props\, and explore gentle movement together.
